you can use same rpm packages for libraries in Ubuntu. Make sure that rpm is installed on your Ubuntu machine, if not

root@ubuntu:/usr/src# apt-get install rpm or sudo apt-get install rpm to install it, then install these libraries from the link I have mentioned.
